4. Cancellation / Refund Policy โ

This still depends from case to case as there are time-zoneย differences between you sending us the message and us reading the message hours later.

โ Already packed and shipped
โ Customer refuses accepting the parcel upon delivery
โ Buyerโs remorse
โ ๏ธ You may reject the parcel as it's being delivered to you, once we have the SOLID confirmation that the parcel is being returned to us in China, then we will be able to refund to you. This is a very unlikely scenario due to high shipping cost back to China as well as duties that will be borne by the buyer.
5. Shipping Fees ๐ฐ

โ Fees (if any) shown at checkout, shipping fees are calculated by the system based on the productโs dimensional, weight and destination, as well as the shipping method you choose, and is paid to the logistics provider.
6. Special Shipping (Aramex) ๐ฆ
For Lebanon, Egypt, Mauritius & Sri Lanka:
โ Register an account on Aramex Shop & Ship.
โ Add an item to the cart, view your cart, and add your Aramex account ID to the "special instruction/note" box.
โ Click checkout, and key in the China address provided by Aramex.
* for items with a free shipping tag, you may email us to get a refund for the shipping fee.
7. Returns After Received๐
โ No. Buyer remorse is not accepted.
8. Customs Duties ๐งพ
โ It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for import tax/customs duty of their destination. This is a standard among any stores.
โ We are not responsible for delay or any issue caused by Custom as it's beyond our control
โ The act of rejecting the parcel due to refusing to pay for the duties/import tax is not a valid reason for getting a refund

10. Parcel Theft ๐จ
We are not responsible for stolen packages marked โDeliveredโ and subsequently stolen by a thief.
๐ Please monitor tracking and look out for your door during delivery day.
11. Replacement Policy ๐ ๏ธ
If the product arrived with broken parts due to shipping or manufacturing defects, we will only send the replacement parts. We will not send an entire model.
12. Delays / Lost Parcels โฐ
- Our delivery takes about 2 weeks to be delivered on average. If you have not received your parcel for close to 30 days since you placed the order, please contact us immediately! We will not be responsibleย for your parcel delivery issue if you reach out to us after 50 days of the orderย being placed.
- Only parcel without tracking update for 30 days since the last tracking message will be deemed lost and either refund or reship will be made according to customer's request. If your order's last tracking update is not 30 days yet, please be patient as there are delay sometimes.
