Refund policy
RETURN 🔄
Our policy lasts 30 days⏳. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange ❌.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it 📦. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Partial refunds or no refund situations ⚠️:
– Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
– Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
– Any item returned due to size issues (please review and make sure you acknowledge to size details before purchase)
– Any item returned within 30 days without a valid reason
REFUNDS 💰
Once your return is received and inspected , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved , your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 3–7 days.
PRODUCT DEFECT 🛠️
If you find a defect that prevents you from completing the build, please open a ticket via our Contact Us page. We will send replacement parts for defective components.
⚠️ No full refund will be offered if replacement parts can resolve the issue.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS ⏰
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank (there may be delays)
- If you still have not received your refund, please contact us
SALE ITEMS 🏷️
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded ❌.
EXCHANGES 🔁
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent wrong color. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us for exchanges.
GIFTS 🎁
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
SHIPPING 🚚
To return your product, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.
– Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
– Shipping costs are non-refundable
– Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on location
If shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost or undeliverable parcels.
CUSTOM DUTIES 🌐
Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and buyer should pay any duties/import tax owed to the local tax authority. Refusing to pay these fees is not a valid reason for a refund❗
FACT 📌
Returning items to China may cost more than the product itself and carries a high risk of loss due to address differences. Parcels may also be taxed upon entry.
We are not responsible for any issue arise from this. If you no longer want the item due to buyer’s remorse, we recommend reselling it (e.g., in our FB group) 💬.
